I neglected to note that we are QuickBooks ProAdvisors, and are therefore eligible to use their logo.

We are both QuickBooks Certified Desktop ProAdvisors, and QuickBooks Certified Online ProAdvisors.

I will try to figure out where to put the logo so that you don't have to search for it, but at the moment I am not sure.

These designs are not improving on our original design. Could future designs please review our original design of the lady behind the desk?

The name of the company is Bookkeeping and Payroll, Inc. not quickbooks or hjortness, etc.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:
We have added two pictures. They are close, but not quite what we want.
The first picture is on the business card. We don't like the little dots for eyes, and we don't like the hair cutoff. It's rather drab.

The second one looks warmer and more friendly. Please design something around the second picture because we like that better. Feel free to change the picture, what we are after is the warm and friendly feeling.

We will then need a business card as well, which after we get the logo we will do a request for that also. However, if you can incorporate the words, etc., into the logo so we can see where it is going, that would be helpful.

Also, it's Bookkeeping and Payroll, Inc., not Bookkeeping and Payroll, LLC.
