Resumen de Diseño Wordpress

We need urgently a solution for scheduling an event we hold on end February 2019. But subscriptions will start at the beginning of 2019.
We would like to run it on wordpress, possibly with one of the many templates/plugins in order to re-use it in the future. Our webmaster has no time to do this work.
- Our event lasts three days- we can except 4 appointments per hour (this fact is only visible to us, not to the user)
- during noon we pause, no appointment are accepted
- the dates are 25-26-27 of February 2019
- working hours: 9-12 and 14-18 h
- customer-end language: german (we can translate by ourselves)
- we need the possibility to present and describe the event. (we are able to ad content by ourselves)
- it will run on a subdomain of our main webdomain.

We would like to have a calendar-like overview, where subscribers can see where they still can book appointments.They simply click on a free spot on the calendar, to book the appointment. (No overbooking is possible.)
The event is free for the participants.

The form where they book has to be customisable, we need to at some fields they have to fill out.This is what we used in the past years https://www.violinmaker.ch/raffin-formThank you for your help!
