• Most US Police Officers use the phrase "CODE 4" to tell other officers that the situation is under control and no assistance is needed. And the book will teach Civilians how to safely conduct themselves during police encounters - which will end with the Cops calling in "CODE 4" to the dispatcher. So, the front cover must have the phrase "CODE 4" in big bold letters.
