Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our new online platform "QpQ" which is an abbreviation for Quid pro Quo and means giving and taking. First starting in Germany, we want to expand it to other countries later.
We create a community where Person A might have certain (sometimes hidden and unknown) skills. Person B needs exactly these skills and contacts Person A. A then helps B with his task and gets in Return an agreed amount of Qs, which are our currency coins (no cryptocurrency, just a fun way of rewarding).
It is important, that everyone can help and receive help, everyone has skills to offer and we are connecting these people. We therefore increase sustainability and sociality
Tasks can be anything: "I need someone to help me with my pronunciation in Spanish"; "I have a Stand-up paddleboard at home which is mostly unused, so people can borrow it"; "I am good at cooking food for babies and willing to teach"; "I don't understand my math homeworks". So an ebay but for people helping other people.
We need a fun but also trustworthy way to transport this message. It would be best to tell a story with the logo, something that fits our idea of people helping each other. We thought about a pictorial representation and had ideas like a tracker dog or a bridge but are definitely not limited to these ideas.
We like colourful logos but not to many colours and the letters somehow represented in the logo. We are also not sure about capitalization of letters so feel free to use it or don't use it.
