Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

This is for my real estate company. I need a design for the front page of the tri fold brochure. The interior of the brochure will constantly change, however I wanted to update the front cover to something more modern. I sell high end vacation homes on a Grand Lake, located in Northeast Oklahoma. So something that would appeal to vacation/second lake home buyers would be great. My logo colors are orange and burgundy, if we could incorporate those colors that would be great. I have attached a zip drive with all of the versions of my logo.
