I really can't completely understand your project.

You need only the .psd file of a banner that only has a doctor in the middle appearing like a radio wave and then the patients start orbiting around him?

What did you mean by leaving the charts off?

And you need that as an animation? A gif file I suppose or just .psd?

Because if it's static Photoshop is a good choice. If it's dynamic, then I could work better with After Effects
