Thank you all for your proposals. Before posting, please make sure, that your solution matches our requirements. There is a list of common shortages with additional explanation:

-- Preserve logomanual (see pictures). Do not change its shape, colors, protective area...
-- Preserve given content structure such as headings and descriptions, breadcrumb navigation (instead of Home). Do not switch sections, do not add new elements such as Home, content highlights or daily menu images.
-- Emphasize both weekend events and daily deals (weekend events over daily deals). Do not add specific images to events and deals (that is unsustainable), do not remove description, prices etc.
-- Emphasize logo (see logomanual in pictures), restaurant owner and link to map Do not shrink and push logo to the corner...
-- Readability, eg. sufficient contrast (including footer). Do not use e.g. light color on light background (white on yellow, gray on white) or the other way around.
-- Use static design components only. Do not use endless animations, such as carousels.
-- Use direct design components. Do not use embedded content, e.g. interactive map (iframe).
-- Create simple, clean and spacey design. Nothing too crowded / busy, not too many colors / fonts...
-- Font family: serif or sans serif only. Do not use handwriting / scripted / fancy font styles.
-- Create mobile-friendly / flexible design (i.e. narrow 1col layout must be obvious). No "table-layout", no waves or they must be obviously continuous (for wide-screen).
