Can you please clarify how many screens are you looking for (and if you could clarify which ones) as your given project budget is only good for 4-5 UI screens designed.

Thanks for your questions. I am not sure, as I am not completely familiar with apps. I am guessing that the timesheet would be one? The second would be the employee profile? and the third would be the actual training tracker? I uploaded an example of the training that would be tracked (course, course code and expiration date, the green light means that training is good, red light means expired.
