Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The Ukrainian word for "Shade" translates to something more akin to "Shadow" so our Ukrainian name "Тінь для Дітей" doesn't really convey our idea of being "shade/shelter/protection" for children. So I think I want a logo of a shade tree with children underneath or some other way to convey our meaning. When a Ukrainian sees the Ukrainian title they think "shadow for kids" and it really doesn't make sense. When I explain the concept to them, then they get it. I've seen a few interesting stock designs, including one where the "canopy" of the tree is in the shape of Ukraine but I'm still not satisfied. A local artist friend created a painting that I'm using as the banner for my website- it's beautiful but it's too busy for a shirt pocket design (www.shadeforchildren.net). The design will be used over the pocket of shirts and probably on a business card as well with social media.

• Тінь для Дітей)

Agradable de tener

• No preference on colors but if we use a shade tree then green seems obvious. Ukrainian national colors are Blue (005BBB) and Yellow (FFD500) and I'm fond of Maroon and White and Gray (my university colors, 660000, CCCCCC or 75787B).
