Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I need a volunteer t-shirt created for a mother/daughter volunteer organization. This shirt would be worn by both women and girls (age 11-18) while they volunteer at any of our partners. It would be easy to identify them as a volunteer and promote our organization. I have attached some mocked up designs, as well as our brand guidelines. We want to make this shirt White or Navy. On the front, it would have our long skinny logo with the word VOLUNTEER across the chest. Back would say, "I volunteer like a girl. Try to keep up!" It does not need to look like the mock-up, looking for something creative, clean, and easy to spot.
