Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are going to build a sign on the side of one of our buildings. Faces an extremely busy road, so we want it to be eye catching, but legible as someone is driving by. Must include our ph # and the word "Apartments". If you go to our website www.theapex-apts.com you can see the logo that we've been using, but honestly, it was developed without a lot of thought so we've never been that happy with it. Also, and our bigger problem now, it doesn't translate to something we can put on the side of a building very easily. I've attached a picture of the side of the building with a concept offered us by our sign company, who made an earnest try here, but they are not very creative. Hoping you can come up with something a bit better. Would be great if whatever was used for the sign on the building could also translate to brochures, our website, etc. Thanks
