Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Our current logo is simply outdated and quite novice looking with a clipart style image as well. Our company is growing and as a result we are starting to do business with much larger and more professional general contractors. We have been involved with construction projects in connection with many high profile name brands recently and would like our logo to display a professional and clean look. Some of the projects we have recently worked on in recent years are owned by companies such as Apple, Nike, Microsoft, Las Vegas High Roller and University of Portland just to name a few.

Notable Facts about our company:
-R.W. Fab was founded 30 years ago
-Original name was "Rick's Welding and Fabrication" but was later changed to "R.W. Fab"
-We are a family owned and operated business
-We fabricate structural steel which is used as the core structure to support most large buildings.
-We also fabricate miscellaneous metals (Steel Stair systems, Decorative Railings, Decorative Steel Feature Stairs)

-Current logo is attached

I was imagining using the two letters "R.W." in the form of modern monogram with the company name "R.W. Fab" below that. Periods can be left out. I am not opposed to a new picture logo as well however I have noticed that more often than not I like the Letter monogram with business name better. Also the "RW" modern monogram isn't a must. A Little bit of orange maybe as an accent would be cool as well.
