Please change the rating to 3 stars. My effort to give you a logo option for free(I am not getting paid) results in punishment! 1-2 stars have bad impact on the designer's account plus it demotivates from submitting more ideas for you!

If you intend to use this logo as a trademark, you will not succeed, it is an investigated and licensed design that owns it, my advice is to consult with the designcrowd team

It’s not a copy... just vaguely similar. I don’t think it’s fair to accuse this as being a copy. There are gazillions of logos out there since the dawn of corporate entities needing logos and now more than ever, the deman for simplification and reductionism to basic (often geometric) shapes can lead to similarities in logo design. The example posted is from a stock library, not a brand from the same industry (retail/optics). Besides, there are other elements/shapes within the winning logo design that clearly distinguish it.

I think it’s great what you’re doing Astana by checking over some of these winning logos for possible copyright infringements, it’s sad on the rare occasion it does happen, but in this case I can’t see any issue with this logo to be honest.
