Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need a flyer designed for a real estate development in Australia called Quantum Space Wyong. We develop outstanding functional industrial warehouse spaces for a wide range of industries and personal uses. We are going to use the flyer to mail out to local businesses to see if we can solve their storage / lack of space issues by them buying a unit from us. Note the units are not built yet they are selling off the plan. More details, branding colours can be found at www.quantumspacewyong.com.au. The final design should communicate confidence, using executive colours, and contrasting the problem of lack of storage and mess with the productivity increases and being a better business once they own one of the units. I have attached a briefing document for your reference We require a print ready PDF and the Raw art files at the end of the project
