Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a fresh logo to brighten up a management consulting image. We help organizations through all phases of their growth: startup, scale/grow, mature and finally re-pot (to start the process all over again). Our original logo featured an image of a live oak tree. As a South Carolina company, the Angel Oak tree on Johns Island is a 500+ year old reminder of how important good foundations are to longevity. The analogy to all of our services (i.e. startup (acorn), scale (grow), mature and re-pot (bear fruit and provide new growth) to the live oak's life-cycle is relevant as well. We would like to see designs in natural tones (green, brown, blue) that communicate our value proposition over the entire range of business life-cycles.
