Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Brand new service in Vancouver. I have been an MD for 19 years and teaching Autogenic Therapy 14 years. I have developed my own Autonomic therapy based on neuroscience and taught in UK until my move to Vancouver in 2017.
My background is medicine and neuroscience but my passion is consciousness and creativity.
I love to help people become their authentic self, through mental training exercises based on Autogenic Therapy and by Mess Painting. When individuals can intentionally turn off their thoughts and preconceived ideas of life, they can access sates of consciousness more conducive to real self expression.
Autogenic therapy, is a German meditation method, to turn off the sympathetic nervous system, leading to reduced stress and subsequent illnesses of body and brain, especially anxiety, insomnia and pain states.
From this point of balanced homeostasis, advanced meditative practices can be used which further help in creating an authentic fulfilling life, and enhanced connections.
It should communicate my experience in the brain/neuroscience and suggest calm/groundedness with growth/creativity.
