Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We would love a logo design for our start-up clean meat company. Clean meat is meat produced using skin cells taken from an animal, which are then using to make stem cells, which are then used scientifically to make meat! Benefits: no animal slaughter; better for the environment; and better food safety.

Our company is 'Macánta Meats'. Macánta means honest in Irish. The founders have strong family ties to Ireland and Scotland. Ideally, the logo will be simple yet eye-catching, using black and white text. Symbolising trust and clarity. We would prefer the letters or writing to be horizontal rather than vertically stacked. Some form of symmetry would would be good, using the letters M and M. I have attached a picture I drew myself as well as a triangle with a vertical line which may somehow be used as the central basis for two letter Ms. In the one I've drawn, I like the shape of the Ms, in that they are similar to mountain peaks.

Open to other ideas as well.
