Hello, I can design a fully coded site for you using Joomla CMS as i am an expert in Joomla and i can integrate (optional) moodle on the joomla site, At this time i can NOT code design in Wordpress due to i will have to buy the component/plugin for the LMS and i can not afford it at this time. Would you like to change platform from wordpress to Joomla? if so please let me know as i can have a fully coded joomla design in a matter of a day or so with multiple languages installed such as spanisn, german, italian, Etc.
