Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for my blog (TippleTips.se) and my company's page (TippleTipsPro.com) that is based in Sweden. I would like to have business cards developed in line with the professional logo.
The logo needs to:
1. make a clear reference to wine and the world of alcoholic drinks
2. be in colour but legible and still impactful in Black and White
3. be modern, simple and easily recognisable
4. global not local i.e. transferrable to other countries i.e. no reference to Sweden
Tippletips (the blog) is a free, independent and straightforward website where wine amateurs can learn about wine and get recommendations on where to find the best value wines, beers and spirits in Sweden. The current homemade UK version of the website is tippletips.co.uk. Although the design will change for the swedish version, the spirit and idea is the same: share my passion about wines with recommendations on wines,beers and spirits, books on tipples, best places for tipples, etc.
TippleTips Pro is the consulting business I have created to offer advice to companies who sell wines, beers and spirits online. The website will only be a holding page but I will need business cards for TippleTipsPro.

Wine, beer and spirit drinkers in Sweden but mainly Stockholm.
More likely to be young professionals i.e. 25-45 years old and higher level of education. Would listen to spotify, use street scooters to go to work and see friends and go out at least once a week. Keen to try new things.
