We have a small chain of greek fast casual concept in existence since 2002. We have made slight changes to the logo over the years, however want to update our logo to match our new more modern look while still keeping the brand and logo recognizable. things we definitely want to update are the elimination of the swish under the name and the slash thru on the A's and straighten it. We still want to emphasize Pappas over the Louis. Our standout color still remains turquoise somewhere between pantone 3125, 313, 3135. please view our website at louispappas.com to get a grasp on our concept. We have a lot of family history connected to the concept, however we want to attract a younger crowd who have not knowledge of that history. Our Louis Pappas Famous Greek Salad is our Brand created over 100 years ago.
