I appreciate all the designs that have been submitted. Globally, can all designers make the following revisions:

1. We are looking for a more modern design that has a traditional element (so, not ultra-modern) since this is for an older building.
2. Since the primary goal is building signage, the letters to have to be larger.
3. The graphic cannot be one of a house but rather think of a group of cottages together with a pitched roof; hence, no chimney and keep the building modern.
4. For all designs, that have incorporated the graphic within the text, the text must be the central feature - see Red Roof Inn Logo as an example
