Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our 20 Year Anniversary. We are a local family owned chain of barbershops in Portland, OR area. We will be using this logo on our website, social media and merchandise for the entire year celebrating our 20 Year Anniversary. We are a modern barbershop with a edgy and rustic vibe. Our colors are all neutrals with some deep red and blue colors (that of a barber pole). The final design should communicate the celebration of our anniversary and the vibe of our shops. Our company website is www.thebarbersonline.com so you can get a feel for what the vibe of our business is. We would also like to see some barbering imagery in the logo along with the use of our company logo (see attached). We have access to some great imagery of haircuts from some our vendors that we would like to make into a collage to go inside of the "20". Maybe these images can be black and white and more transparent than the rest of the logo? Also, we are open to separating the "where guys go for great cuts" part of our logo away from the shield and incorporating it somewhere else.
