Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a 2 week women's event at our church. We have a lot of young people, and we're trying to stay away from anything really girly, or anything that alienates singles or women who just aren't super girly. We like neutral colors, even if they are bold. But staying away from pink. :) I guess something with gold foil writing could be cool, but again, just not overly girly. Think intellectual, artists, and business women.

UPDATE:
Thanks for all your work on these, everyone. They are all so great. I think we want to stay away from the crosses, as we will be inviting folks from various walks of faith. So far, I really like the ones that communicate that it's a speaker series by the text or the image, such as the dialogue boxes or the microphone. I think I have enough gold foil writing choices, and I like the ones I have, so we can also stay away from that moving forward. Also, our business women are young, millennial business owners. So the business suits probably aren't the best representation of them. They're more of jeans and t-shirt gals. :) Thanks again, everyone!
