Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

We would like to have help in describing our company culture in a graphic way.Our "local culture" focus areas (Proud & Accountable, Challenge & Collaborate) builds on the Thermo Fisher corporate values which is Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement. Our "local norms" is describing behaviours which we want to see more of, and that will ensure that we get better at our culture focus. We would like this to be expressed in a graphic way, getting an image we can use for multiple purposes in a format that fits into PowerPoint slides, can be printed on mousepads etc. We want one Norwegian and one English version. Attached is an example of the desired content in both languages.

• Want the employees to intuitive understand the connection from values to cultural focus to norms. The norms are the most important to highlight to our employees. They should understand that if they do more of the desired behaviours (norms), then they will have act according to our culture focus and our values.
