Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We would like the attached design fine tuned. The colours inside the silhouette need to be the same vibrant colours as my design and MUST blend naturally into the black.
The music notes need to be very defined and easy to see. The email address font is open to suggestion but it should be written in the same way, with a capital U. The font should be similar but any suggestions are welcomed.
The music scale and notes underneath the web address should also be very defined and match the colours inside the silhouette.
We would also like the following sentence to scroll over the profile of the silhouette head, from the blue wavelength line in the forehead to the green line at the back of the head:
combine the power of music and therapy
The font for this should match the web address font.

If the silhouette can be made more neutral (androgynous) this should be considered also
This design needs to look good small or large and should be scalable
Any other ideas or improvements are open to suggestion
Do we need to copyright the design?
