Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a new logo design for my agile consultancy (IT industry) business. I offer services aimed at improving the effectiveness of organizations through agile, lean, etc approaches. The organizations I work with a large and successful so I need something that reflects a level of professionalism I don't have at the moment. The final design should "proven", "pragmatic", "professional" and agile.

By way of background, when I first set up my business, I had a week before a conference get started and so set everything up fast and cheap. The website, cards, etc I made were basically about establishing a presence. My son created the logo I used (see http://focussedagile.com). I need take everything through a significant upgrade, starting with the logo, and to offer a more professional presence. While I am open to all ideas, I generally like the grey / red color scheme I've been using and would like to drive this color scheme across everything I do.
