Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our start up based small business in Minneapolis called The Sustainable Surgeon Project. Our mission is to help surgeons of all types maintain ergonomically correct posture and provide fitness strategies for longevity. Business will grow through talk (speaker) education, website based education and instructional videos, consulting.
We are thinking about a logo that can convey strength, longevity and sustainability--possible incorporation of health care/medicine, not to exclude dentistry. No pastel colors.
