Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking for a logo to be used separately and in conjunction with our main logo for our real estate team under our brokerage. It should complement the main company logo, while keeping it visually balanced. Attached we have included a couple of designs that we like, but we feel as if they need something more (the draft team logos are on the left, whereas the company logos are on the right). Feel free to use these as guidelines, or do something in your own creative interest. Our requirements are that it keeps the same colors (red, black, white), that it illustrates "Mercy Lugo-Struthers Team", perhaps a combination of the words and an icon in line with real estate, so keys, doors, house, roof, etc. (similar to the main logo, but not repetitive of the main logo). We wish for the logo to be sleek, modern, and professional. We want to emphasize the fact that we are a team with the logo (we are a group of people). The font that is used in the main logo is Century Gothic, however we are open to using a new font for the Team logo as long as it complements Century Gothic. The logo could be used as a standalone file, or together with the Casals logo either horizontal or stacked upon each other. Additionally, our main challenge for these logo designs has been that the name is rather long, however, we can't shorten it to the acronym "MLS" Team for copyright reasons.
