Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a drilling company, based in Montereau sur le Jard. Following a takeover in 2015, the company was changed name, but no logo, we would like to remedy this today. We are currently redesigning our website, and seek to build a new visual identity. We are looking for a logo in green and yellow tones, to stay in agreement with other companies in our group. You will find attached our old logo (which will be a counter-example here), as well as that of one of our cousins. The final design must evoke an idea of modernity, quality and serenity. We act under contract, and our work must be irreproachable for the client and his client. The logo must therefore inspire seriousness to all third parties involved in the project.
