We need to maintain the core elements as describe, however I strongly encourage creativity in search of a new layout. My preference is to move away from the current style.

Our preference is towards portrait, but this is not compulsory.

Photoshop is fine. Once the concept is built, we can work internally to have the elements adopted in AI.
