Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am looking for a designer to create a simple and unique logo for my Real Estate Investment and Development company. The logo I am looking for is a modern style design using the letter "M" in Marc. Following the logo, I would like to have Marc Capital in modern text. It would be great if the "M" could incorporate a design the plays with the viewer's eyes. Also, please only use dark blue and grey for the logo. PLEASE DO NOT USE A SINGLE FAMILY HOME in the logo (which is the typical box style house with triangle roof ->🏠). I have included samples of logos I like in the attachment.
