Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo designed for a new single family lot development in Southern Delaware, near the beach resorts of Ocean City, MD and Bethany Beach, DE. The area has grown rapidly over the past two decades and the seasonal attractions have expanded to year-round interest. Many of the homes will be built along the community's 25 lakes. This active coastal community will contain 2 clubhouses each with its own pool, a fitness center, putting greens, walking trails, basketball and volleyball courts, and much more. The proximity of the community to the beach, boating and retail allows for coastal living at an affordable price. The community will be a great option for vacation home buyers, empty nesters, and family home buyers looking to be a part of the growing year-round coastal community. We need the main logo for entry features and large signage, as well as, a small logo for pillar signs, community directional signs and branding. The logo should tie this vibrant inland community to beach living with themes of outdoor recreation and leisure time. Colors should reflect sand and sea. The logo should NOT reflect a simplistic nautical design (birds with grass), but reflect a level of sophistication.
