What text should go in the banner????? info???etc.

Words I want to try could be... "Release your EPIC", I want a background image behind these words. I want a custom background for these words and not a generic picture. There is no advertizing that is needed. This is for my personal page. What information would you need specifically to design something that works? I want to make it easier for you to work your magic.

For now nothing else i just want to know what words to use. I can work in something thanks for your reply.
One thing, what you would like to see as background any clues??

Things that I like are mountains, a roaring lion on a cliff, or an images of someone or something doing that looks impossible.

Facebook header banner or advertising banner? If advertising, which dimension do you exactly need?

To all Designers, I welcome the chance to interact and dialogue with you about ideas you may have or questions you can ask me to help you come up with a good design.
