Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

My company is Savannah Medicare Specialists. Medicare is government health insurance that people receive when they turn 65. Medicare covers 80%, and I sell products that supplement the other 20%. Once they turn 65, it's too late for me to sell them a product, so I want to talk to them when they turn 64. So, that is why my website is AreYou64.com. I want a picture for the back of a t-shirt. I'd like it to have different Birthday Milestones(Important Birthdays) on it, with pictures of each. From bottom to top:
16 Years - Get your drivers license
18 Years- You can Vote-
21 Years- You can drink-
35 Years- You can run for President
50 Years- Midlife crisis-
62 Years-Take social security
64 Years- ***AreYou64.com ***Call Savannah Medicare Specialists!!!!! Make this BIG!) This is the focal point of the entire T-shirt.
65 Years- Enjoy life!

I have attached pictures that would be nice for each age.

I think a good idea would be to have the"hammer fair game" big going down the middle of the shirt. This can be used as the timeline. I will attach a picture of the game, and a sketch of the layout.

This is the theme of the picture. Be creative, make it fun and funny. It can be cartoonish if you want. I'm open to all ideas. The main point is that when someone turns 64, they NEED TO CALL SAVANNAH MEDICARE SPECIALISTS!!! Good luck!
