Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I rent out a vacation house in the Belgian Ardennes, a wooden house (chalet) in a hilly landscape, with lots of spruce trees and twisting rivers. A year ago I created a logo with a free logo service, but I would like to change the logo/create a new logo, with the help of a real designer. Keywords are: renting out, vacation, nature, woods, trees, chalet wooden house, twisting river, cosy autumn evening at the fireplace.Text that can be used: Chalet Allongueroye (name) - Houffalize (city where the house is situated) - Ardenne (territory)In "logo terms", the name on the logo would be "Chalet Allongueroye", tagline: "Houffalize - Ardenne".I would like the outline of the house (picture) in the logo if possible and the text words, and if possible a link to spruce tree and/or river, valley, the green colour, and dark brown in the old logo are the colours that I would like. My old logo attached, the website of the house (maybe to be redesigned later): www.allongueroye.be I am a private person, not a business. Budget is limited, but I am very curious to your reaction.Thanks in advance
