Yes this one is listed in AUD currency, so just know that $450 AUD is about $315 USD (less conversion fees and the DC fees to designers) at the time of submitting this project. Also we will add bonus payments as required for agreed additional scope to the project (such as work that may be requested for the Brand Style Guide / Identity Kit).

Priority Funding Corporation in Australia is updating its Front-Facing brand (it will still be the same company). The new name is 'Forward Funding'. This additionally lends itself to taglines and slogans such as Get Business Moving, and Moving Your Business In The Right Direction - etc.
The current website at Priority Funding (.)com (.)au is currently being revised for a much better user experience, and then a variation for Forward Funding will be adapted once the new logo and brand identity is created. This company has been trading 22 years under founder David Prior (hence its name), starting life as CTF (Complete Technology Finance - I think it was), but has been PFC for 15+ years since. Our approach to assisting clients and business equipment suppliers alike with financing solutions is somewhat different to most brokers - which is why a number of them call us to help with their deals. We are in this to look after the client for the long term, so will always look to get them the best possible deal, along with recommendations for the best approach to not over commit and create financial stress, but rather optimise cash-flow. We also look for ways to get deals done (at still very agreeable terms and rates), by thinking creatively about how to best help a client rather than just saying No (like many do, because their circumstances may not fit the perfect model on paper). The uploaded screen-shots show various auto-generated idea starters which we did for ourselves, but compared to the best work seen here on DC, seem pretty average and unrefined.
So please note:
IF YOU JUST USE GENERIC LOGO GENERATORS FOR YOUR SUBMISSIONS WE WILL LIKELY KNOW AND PAY THEM LITTLE ATTENTION. If you use them to create concepts that you then manually refine, there is a chance they'll have legs.
The only one that really seemed to have legs for us is the white F on the black circle - however this is also very stark, and could use some refinements if we are to run with it. As the head of Marketing here with an appreciation for good design, I am very open to better suggestions - and we are more concerned with getting the right result to carry the new brand forward (see what we did there?) for the next 5+ years, than we are in rushing it or trying to save $100. What we are looking for is a suitable new logo + style guide and business card design, which says something along these lines: serious, but a bit creative, fun but gets the job done. Modern and forward thinking but with experience and well connected. We like to be seen as a part of the clients business - their partner in helping move things forward. Even better if it works using one or more of the current colours of our current name and logo (for PFC). I personally think 3 is too many, but we are open to using up to 3 if need be (or 3 certainly if you are counting white and black as two of them :D ). Style guide is to include logo usage guide including white space, grey-scale examples of logo (for when printed b/w), colour references for all colours in Pantone and RGB+Hex, fonts and their usage - noting that Web Safe fonts need to be included or factored in as fail-safes for online - and primary fonts need to be Google-Fonts compatible. You should probably also know: I am not David Prior, I am his marketing guy Dyon - however I am managing this project and David + his key stakeholder Wendy will be having the final say in the chosen design. IMPORTANT: This is the only place submissions will be considered. If you pitch us directly, or via the website or social media channels it will be be reported as spam. We already have a website team too (before anyone asks), however there will likely be additional design work opportunities in the near future (submitted to design crowd once open), both for the website, social media, and print collateral (among other things), with first-option going to the winner of this project wherever suitable.

It has been interesting to see how this works and the wife variety of submissions, from 'low effort, didn't fully read the brief', to highly on-point and blew us away with the concepts we would never have considered ourselves.
We're taking it to a couple of closed networks of business people now, for feedback and will appoint a winner asap.
