Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a facebook blog called "Yer". It means a lot/excessive in our local language - when you overdo something, people would tease you as a person with "Yer" personality. Our blog aims to be a thought-leader in the area related to mom and baby as well as personal and family lifestyle. We do so by providing fun facts in detail as well as well thought-through personal experiences. So the blog personality is a vibrant woman aged around 30, with great finesse and intelligence, but down-to-earth, easygoing and kind-hearted. She left a professional workforce to become a mom and homemaker, yet she strives for that same high standard, and making it better than ever! Essentially, we are looking for a final design that features an illustration of female and baby boy cartoon characters with black and white line only (to imply simplicity, crisp, clear and clean look) who looks physically tired ( eg. messy hair bun) but emotionally happy. She is Asian, with her long hair in a bun or pony tail, dresses properly to convey a finesse/elegance element. Under the cartoon character, there's a logo text. Although the cartoon character is in B&W, we would like to see some pastel colors in some way got incorporated into the logo too.
