Hello there, I can create the illustration type that you have in mind. However, the PDF file is a little bit confusing to me, Specially the arrow and the relationship between the lanes. for example, there's a dotted box in the middle which consists of Services and External connections. can you explain a bit more about how this works? a couple of lines explaining the idea behind this platform would help a million. thank you so much

Hi Pharsheed. That's a great question and yes, I can definitely try to clear that up. The dotted box in the middle represents the core of the platform. This is where the application's logic is created and the patient's private data is stored.

Let's take a real-world application example that might clear things up:

Let's say you download the LabCorp application ([Non image link removed]
1. This application allows you to view your lab results directly on your smartphone. This represents the first box on the left - Patient Interaction - any way for a patient to interact with the application. In our case, it can be a smartphone app, text messages, website, etc.

2. The lab results that you view on the app is stored on LabCorp servers. This represents the second box - Services. The business logic and information that is created, analyzed and stored for the user.

3. LabCorp can also share your lab results with your doctor, for example. This represents external connection. The data stored on the 2nd box (Services) is taken and sent out to some external party.

4. That leaves us with output - this is where LabCorp employees can go to view and analyze your lab reports.

What we are trying to show here is that our platform securely stores and manages data for patients as well as makes it easy for administrators and external parties to access that data with proper permissions.
