Resumen de Diseño de Logo
My business, Metropolitan Development Services, is focused on real estate, urban revitalization, investment, development, transportation, and design. I'm based in the Bronx which has numerous art deco buildings, and I'd like to translate that theme into the design of the logo. I have attached a logo I'm using, although its not in vector format. This logo is just a suggestion for what may be the final design. I'd like the name "Metropolitan" to be larger than "Development Services." Feel free to ask me any questions about the design before or during the process, thanks.

So far I've seen some great designs submitted. You guys are good, great job! A few suggestions: Feel free to use the design I provided in the logo, but if you're going to do a different design (also encouraged) please keep the theme art deco. A lot of the designs feature buildings that look very corporate and generic. The art deco theme is most important. Thank you!

One more thing to note: while I did emphasize art deco, I don't want to go overboard with the art deco. It can be very subtle. I recommend utilizing the symbol in the logo I provided, and if you want to do a different design, you can make it simple. The text of the company name should not be styled in an art deco fashion. Thank you!
