Can you clarify what you mean by "brochure?" Do you want a trifold? A single or double sided flyer? What size?

I have the same question about the flyer size (A4?). Just one paper, double, trifold?

You've updated the project brief to indicate that you want a minimalist design. You've yet to answer what size this is, and whether it's double sided or not. What makes this complex is the amount of content. You say you'll pare down the content, but as designers, need the final content so we know what we are working with. We have no problem developing a minimalist design, but the content needs to allow for that.

Why is "a" in the logotype a different font? Is that intentional or?

I saw that same thing (the "a" in the logo). Looks very odd. Doesn't appear that way on the website, so there is something wrong with that vector logo file.
