Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for a niche bumper sticker and apparel site called God's Honor Roll. I am open to options, but I do like the concept of using the letters (GHR) to form a fun character. The G in the image is lower case and has a crown of thorns which I thought was interesting but the logo overall looks a tad like a bug splatter. Not the image I was going for.

• fun, friendly logo that isn't horific (no bleeding, crucified, body).

Agradable de tener

• Nice but certainly not necessary are the colors Red and Purple (with some 3rd complimentary color)

No debería tener

• No faces! No logo with a picture of Jesus face unless it is in the abstract (outline for example). No pictures of Jesus spanking kids who are not on the honor roll!
