Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

As part of our Learn & Grow Academy program (the logo was designed by GreatDesigners) where we aim to position our Manufacturing Function (called as Technical Operations function) at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a great place to learn and a function where development and learning is valued as the key priority, we would like to launch a workshop which will serve as a tangible development tool for all Technical Operations employees.

This workshop is called as “Skill Bites” experience and it is a concept to build skills across whole organizations, cross-functionally and hierarchically, linked to business needs. They are short, impactful F2F sessions of 90’ building on a specific skill in each session (managerial, soft, technical). The program comes with experiential delivery, engaging handouts, digital platform support with short videos and online versions.

The handout material we would like to give the participants which will consist of a carton envelope (22cm X 22cm) and the fliers inside, explaining the program, the training calendar, program registration process etc. We would like to have a design of the handout material which correlates with our Learn & Grow Academy logo.

The final design should;
- correlate with Learn & Grow Academy Logo
- communicate development
- consider that we are in the pharmaceutical industry
