Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new office building in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. 331 South is a new 11,500sf, 2 building, Professional Office Park on Highway 331 in Santa Rosa Beach, at the gateway to the Beaches of South Walton. Initial tenants will be in the medical, architectural and construction fields. We are in walking distance of local restaurants, the high school, government buildings and the library. This corridor is well trafficked with both locals and tourists heading to and from the beach. The attached PDF shows the architecture of one of the buildings – the second one is similar. We need a logo that will be used on the marquis sign as well in other graphic and advertising/marketing elements.
