Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am starting a new recruiting/talent acquisition company in Atlanta, GA. The name of the company is Robinson Key. The company name was created by combining my last name, Robinson and "Key" as in a solution or answer. I am envisioning a light grey/tealish-blue color scheme with a potential of varying shades of the teal-blue color. I have seen a picture (attached) of a key that has outlines of people making up the "teeth" of the key. This idea works well as recruiting the right people for a client is "Key" for success. The design should have Robinson Key prominently displayed and a tag line such as, "Unlocking Potential" or "Unlocking the Right Talent" or "Unlocking the Best Talent" or "Unlock Potential. Find Talent." or "Unlock Success. Find Talent.".
