Hello. I need a knock out logo for a quilting company than I own and run. We teach quilting classes, maintain a popular quilting blog, do guest lectures, write for quilting books and magazine and maintain several online shops where we sell our original patterns and and kits. The company is named after me, Lyn Brown. The logo will be used on our website, on our patterns, and in a number of other places. We want the logo to include the company name Lyn Brown Quilt Designs, as well as our signature "bird" shape, which is used on some of our patterns. My name, "Lyn Brown" should be the focal point and should stand out. That is, there should be some obvious differences between however you stylize the text "Lyn Brown" from the text "Quilt Designs," whether that is font, weight, postion, etc is up to you!

our target audience are quilters, crafters and quilt appreciators, with an emphasis on beginning and intermediate quilters. This tends to encompass mainly females, most over the age of 30, many over the age of 45. However, we would also like to reach additional audiences.

• Must have Lyn Brown Quilt Designs as the text. Must have our signature bird shape (see attached photos for basic bird shape. There are two variations, wing up, and wing down. Either is fine. Just get as close to that shape as possible.)
• Include full name: Lyn Brown Quilt Designs
• Must be clean, but still with a "crafty - DIY" appeal that would look great on Etsy, Craftsy and such places.

• it would be great if some aspect of the logo contained something that looked like a quilt or quilting. Like, stitches around the letters or the bird, or a "pieced" look in which the letters or the birds look like pieces of stitched together fabric. The key idea is to make it look "quilty," "fabricy" and/or "patchworky," yet not have something that ends up being too busy to use in various places, at various sizes.
• Our tag line is "Make a great quilt!" That may be incorporated into the logo if appropriate.
