Breaking the silos was a larger challenge than one person could achieve
Each silo was reinforcing their perceived sphere of influence and power
Consultants were rolling through with wide varieties of advice. Nothing was truly being adopted
I failed to implement the true value of the PMO and took an exit opportunity
