Resumen de Diseño de Stand de Feria

We need to design a new tradeshow booth for our company. We are Automated Marking Solutions and are the Authorized Distributor of laser products for HG Tech. We are basically the USA branch of their group, representing their products. We stock, sell and distribute laser systems for this company. HGTech is located in China. We also sell pad printing equipment and supplies, although this business is slowly becoming smaller as we focus more on lasers.

The parameters for the booth are as follows:

1) Our company logo should be on the tradeshow booth, as well as the HG Tech logo. The HGTech logo is provided and so will ours.
2) We would like to keep the tradeshow booth clean looking so the message comes across what we do very clear.
3) Pad printing should be emphasized on only one of the stands (attaches as file D), while the other stand (attached as file D) should emphasize laser products.
4) Laser Marking, Welding, Cleaning and Cutting are the four segments in which we operate. These make up the core of what lasers can do in a manufacturing environment. Most companies offer only specialize in one area but we can offer all four with the ability to supply 12 kilowatts of laser power, which is enough to cut through 40 mm of stainless steel.
5) Laser sources are many and operate in different wavelengths. Most companies only offer one source. We use four: Fiber, UV, CO2, and Green.
6) Continuous wave and Pulsed Options with Pico and Femto Lasers Available
7) Process Stationary and Moving Parts - Perfect for marking in packaging operations or on extrusion machinery.
8) Mark Graphics, Words, Bar codes, QR Codes and more. Maybe this gets incorporated next to marking section?
9) We custom build this machinery so we tailor it to the customer’s requirements with robotic integration possible.
10) Lasers Process Circuit Boards - Cut, Mark and Bore Holes that leave products much higher quality than traditional routers.
11) On pad printing graphic (One of the D Stands) - we custom design pad printing machinery 1-5 color with pneumatic and servo controls available. We offer, pads, cliches, rings, ink and other operating supplies. Same day shipping.
12) All designs should be vector files in AI or PDF format - 95 dpi is required.
13) If vector file logos are required we can supply for final booth design. Logos uploaded can be used as temporary logos.
14) www.hglaserusa.com website should be somewhere on the booth - under the HGTech logo?
15) A QR code pointing to our site (www.automarkco.com) should be on the booth, as well.
16) We May select your design but want to incorporate/add/amend/append final design depending on our team’s feedback.
17) Am example of the booth layout is attached but this should not be referenced for inspiration. We do not need our booth to look like this. It is just for general layout guidelines. THE “E” SECTION OF THE BOOTH WILL NOT STICK OUT LIKE THE ONE IN THE PHOTO. It is all one plane against the wall of the booth.
