A logo to visually represent a classic rock band on social media, t-shirts, etc. CHANNEL 33 is the name of a classic rock cover band located in San Diego (‘33’ reference comes from the location of San Diego on the 33rd latitude). The ‘elevator pitch’ to describe us - a fun, rock-oriented band playing catchy songs you likely heard on the radio - ‘tune in and listen to channel 33’. We are five musicians in San Diego who like to perform melodic rock songs and entertain people.Core visual elements or images may include (but not limited to) music, rock, classic, map latitude 33, alternative, beat, guitar, pick, bass, drum, microphone, rhythm, percussion, edgy, intensity, etc.The word ‘Channel’ can be associated with television, an old-school microphone, a radio tower, a guitar amplifier, etc. An image with lightning bolts has potential (but not a dominating element). 33 can be on its own or integrated into the word Channel (ie could be positioned below the two ‘n’s in channel using the tops of each 3 merged with each ‘n’). Also have to decide if it is better to be upper case ‘C’ then lower case, or all upper case (consider both as they may project differently).Colors and Fonts? No strong preference on either, but not all dark and not carnival chaotic; some splashes of color and contrast definitely ok.Additional text? Unsure – possible, if it fits with the theme and does not make it too busy looking.Overall, it may involve several images that tie the above together, yet with graphics that lend to easy reproduction on social media, t-shirts and banners. Or have one graphically detailed version and a version more like an icon.
