Thanks for the question. I have the latest version of Word, as well as the Corel Draw suit of tools (comparable to Adobe). Word or PowerPoint would probably be best though.

That said, I just increased the pay out for the winner. I will likely have to select the first person to respond, as I have little time. If you submit ASAP, there is a good chance you will win!

I am proceeding with the design in Word for ease of use for you. I've noticed that the filed don't include the photo for the Jennifer Kennedy bio. If you could provide that I'll throw it in with the others. In the mean time I'll keep working.
