What is the maximum height we are allowed to use? Do we need to consider that search bar in our design? (is it going to be there? Wouldn't want it to cover something important!) Get back to me and I will submit some designs. Thanks.

Add 20% to the design. You can change the page design to make a logo/banner. Nobody took the initiative yet. I designed the site, so it's negotiable if you can do something more interesting.
